Lesson Activities
Phase 1: Engagement (10 minutes)
- Activity: Icebreaker – "Who Am I?"
- Explain: Begin by conducting a short icebreaker. Ask each student to think of one word that describes how they see themselves.
- Student Activity: Each student shares their word.
- Discussion: Facilitate a brief discussion about what may have influenced their word choice. Examples include family, culture, and social media.
Phase 2: Exploration (20 minutes)

- Explain: Lead a discussion on the various factors that influence self-development.

- List and explain potential factors: family, friends, school, community, media, personal experiences, etc.

- Which behaviors helped the teamwork?
- Which behaviors hindered the teamwork?
- How did self-awareness (or lack thereof) impact the group dynamic?

- Provide worksheets and explain each component:

- Opportunities: External conditions that are helpful to achieving objectives.
- Threats: External conditions that are harmful to achieving objectives.
