In this practical activity, your group will become true 'Materials Explorers'. You will investigate, identify, and document the different materials present in everyday objects in your homes! Each group will be responsible for selecting five different objects that are in their homes. You will describe each selected object, identify the material (or materials) it is made of, where this material comes from, how it is used consciously, and how it should be disposed of.
After collecting this information, you will create a beautiful and creative poster to present your findings. Remember that you will also need to present this poster to the class, explaining your discoveries!
