Project Description

Each team, consisting of 3 to 5 students, must choose a reading strategy (Pre-Reading, Reading, or Post-Reading) and, using their creativity, create a page for the 'Book of Reading Strategies' describing the chosen strategy. The page should be illustrated and contain a clear and simple explanation of what the strategy is and how it is used.

Required Materials

• Cardboard or poster board
• Colored pens, colored pencils, and/or crayons
• Books, magazines, or internet access for research (with the help of the teacher or guardian)
• Glue, scissors, and ruler (under the supervision of the teacher or guardian)

Step by Step
