These objects will be used to create scenarios and solve multiplication problems.

Necessary Materials:

• Explorer's Backpack (can be a decorated bag or box)
• Cards with drawings of objects representing the numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 (for example: 2 apples, 3 pencils, 4 balls, 5 books, 10 buttons)
• Paper and pencil for notes
• Access to the internet and textbooks for research and reference

Step by Step:

1. Group Formation: Divide into groups of 3 to 5 students. Each group will choose a name for their team of "Mathematical Explorers."
