The elements that influence weather and climate are temperatures, precipitation, air humidity, wind, and atmospheric pressure. Therefore, studying these elements and learning how they interact is crucial to understand the complexity of the climate systems on our planet. And don't forget, climate has a direct impact on our daily lives, agriculture, economy, and even politics!

Studying weather and climate is important for planning and responding to a range of daily and temporal needs, from what clothes to wear to more complex ones, such as what crops to plant or when to launch a rocket into space. Furthermore, understanding climate and its variations is also essential for making decisions on broader and long-lasting issues, such as water resource management, infrastructure construction, and preparation for climate change.

Project Objective:

Detailed Project Description:

Groups will conduct research, experiments, and analyses to understand the difference between atmospheric weather and climate, the elements that influence them, their relationship, and importance.

The project will be done in groups of 3 to 5 students, and the project's duration will be one week.

• Internet access for research;
• Presentation materials (paper, colored pens, glue, scissors, etc.);
• Computer or laptop (to produce the written report).

Detailed Step-by-Step for Activity Execution:

1. Students will be divided into groups of 3 to 5 members.

2. Each group should research and understand the difference between atmospheric weather and climate, as well as the elements - temperatures, precipitation, air humidity, wind, and atmospheric pressure - that influence each of these phenomena. They should also identify how these elements interact to form different types of climate.

3. After the research, the groups will create a visual presentation that explains the researched concepts. This presentation can be a poster, a conceptual map, a graph, or any other format that the students find most suitable to represent what they have learned.
