In the discipline of History, we are invited to become historians, analyzing events, drawing connections, and interpreting changes over time.

Studying History, however, is not just about remembering dates and events. It is about critically looking at sources of information, understanding their contexts, and learning to formulate our own interpretations. In this sense, History is a dynamic and exciting discipline that allows us to dive into the diversity and complexity of the human experience.

In our journey to understand what history is, we will explore three key topics: the origin of the human species and its historicity, the notion of time and the periodization of historical processes, and the interference of physical time in historical time counting.

History is important in our daily lives. It helps us understand the world we live in, giving us a deeper insight into current events and trends. Through History, we can see patterns in human actions, thus learning valuable lessons.

Project Objective:

This project aims to provide students with the opportunity to explore and understand history concepts, the origin of the human species, the concept of time, and the periodization of historical processes. Students will be encouraged to work in teams, developing social and emotional skills such as time management, effective communication, and problem-solving.

Detailed Project Description:

Students will be divided into groups of 3 to 5 members. Each group will be responsible for curating a part of an interactive exhibition called "Humanity's Journey." The exhibition will be divided into three main sections corresponding to our key topics:

1. Origin of the human species and its historicity
2. Notion of time and periodization of historical processes
3. Interference of physical time in historical time counting

Students will have to research and collect information, images, artifacts, or create demonstrative models for each section. They will also have to create informative and interactive posters so the audience can understand and interact with the exhibition.

• Artistic material: clay, paint and brushes, cardboard, etc.
• Camera or smartphone to document the process and the final result

2. Research and Planning: Each group should research the topic of their section and plan the organization and layout of their part of the exhibition. They should think about how to convey information clearly and interactively.

3. Exhibition Creation: Based on research and planning, students should start creating their part of the exhibition. They can use any material at their disposal to make the exhibition visually appealing and informative.

4. Exhibition Assembly: Once individual sections are ready, groups should work together to assemble the complete exhibition. They should ensure that the transition between sections is smooth and cohesive.

5. Exhibition Presentation: Each group should present their section of the exhibition to the class, explaining the creation process and the information they are trying to convey.

Final Report: A well-structured and written report covering the Introduction (what the exhibition is, why it is relevant, and the project's objective), Development (the theory and research behind the exhibition, the activity in detail, the methodology used, and the results obtained), Conclusions (key learnings, challenges faced and how they were overcome, and the importance of the topics covered), and Bibliography (resources used for research and exhibition creation).

This project requires efficient collaboration among group members.
