Title: Experimenting with Technical-Combinatorial Sports
Project Objective
The main objective of this project is to provide a practical experience with technical-combinatorial sports, so that students can understand their characteristics, rules, tactics, and techniques, and experience teamwork and protagonism.
Detailed Project Description
Students, divided into groups of 3 to 5, will choose a technical-combinatorial sport (such as Badminton, Table Tennis, or Artistic Gymnastics) to explore. They should research about the sport, understand the rules and techniques used, and then practice the sport among themselves. After practice, they should reflect on their experience and record their observations, learnings, and conclusions in a report.
Required Materials
Depending on the chosen sport, the necessary materials will vary, however, for all sports, access to the internet for research will be required.
Step by Step
- Form groups of 3 to 5 students.
- Choose a technical-combinatorial sport to explore.
- Research about the sport: origin, rules, techniques.
- Develop a training plan based on the learned techniques.
- Practice the sport in a group, applying the rules and techniques.
