The groups, composed of 3 to 5 students, will choose a known short story. It can be a fairy tale, a legend, an excerpt from a book, or even a newspaper article. With the story in hand, the students should rewrite it three times, changing the articles and adjectives used in each version. The challenge is to alter the meaning or feeling of the story by modifying the articles and adjectives, without changing the main plot.
