Project Objective

Each group will be responsible for investigating two types of reproduction: one type of sexual reproduction and one type of asexual reproduction. In addition, each group must relate the type of reproduction to the organism's environment, its advantages, and disadvantages.

Groups must also conduct a practical experiment related to the type of reproduction they are studying. For example, a simple experiment could be the observation and documentation of a plant's growth from a cutting (asexual reproduction) or the study of an insect's life cycle (sexual reproduction).

This project will connect with the geography discipline, as students will have to consider the impact of the environment on the chosen type of reproduction.

This project should last about three weeks - one week for research and experiment planning, one week for experiment execution, data collection and analysis, and one week for presentation preparation and report writing.
