Project Objective

Detailed Project Description

Students will be divided into groups of 3 to 5. The groups will be tasked with creating a story, poem, or any other literary form, which should be presented in both prose and verse. Each group will have the freedom to choose the theme, literary genre, and style of their work.

The work should be divided into two parts. In the first part, students will develop the story in prose, and in the second part, they will recreate it in verse form. The goal is for students to understand how the message and expressiveness can be altered when switching from one literary format to another.

   • Introduction: Here, students should contextualize the theme, explain the reason for choosing the literary genre and theme, and point out the relevance of learning about verse and prose.

   • Development: In this section, students should present the theory they learned about verse and prose and describe in detail how they used this theory to create their literary text. They should discuss the main differences between the two literary forms and reflect on how the transition from one form to another affected the expression of the story.

   • Conclusions: Here, students should reflect on what they learned from the project, the challenges they faced, and how they overcame these challenges. They should highlight what they learned about verse, prose, and story creation.

   • Bibliography: Students should list all the resources (books, websites, videos) they used to learn and get inspired during the project.

3. Five-Minute Presentation - Each group will give a five-minute oral presentation, sharing their work with the class and discussing the project's findings, challenges, and learnings.
