In the Spanish language, they become even more fascinating, as they often have similarities with the Portuguese language. Learning about adverbs in Spanish can help you better understand how and when to use them, as well as develop a more refined sense of fluency in the language.

Adverbs in Spanish can be classified into various types, including adverbs of time, place, manner, quantity, affirmation, negation, doubt, among others. Each type has its peculiarities and uses that we will explore during the project. It is also important to remember that many adverbs in Spanish can be easily identified by their suffixes, usually "-mente", similar to the suffixes "-ly" in English or "-mente" in Portuguese.

Furthermore, it is important to remember that Spanish has a rich variety of adverbial expressions. These are combinations of words that together play the role of an adverb, providing more details and nuances to sentences.

The Relevance of Adverbs

Adverbs play a crucial role in discourse construction, whether in a casual conversation, a formal presentation, literary or journalistic texts. They add color and specificity to communication, providing greater clarity and emphasizing particular aspects of what is being expressed. Imagine describing a scene without using adverbs! Project Objective

Project Description

Let's bring life to the stage using adverbs! Each group will be responsible for creating and staging a short play in Spanish using at least four different types of adverbs. The play will be presented to classmates and recorded for further analysis.

Required Materials

1. Computer or digital device for research.
2. Camera for recording the presentation.
3. Materials for set, costumes, and props (optional).

Step by Step

1. Research and Planning (4 hours) - Each group should research the different types of adverbs in Spanish and the key concepts associated with them. Think about the characters, the setting, and the story you want to tell. Create a detailed script, incorporating adverbs naturally and meaningfully. Ensure you are using adverbs correctly, both in writing and pronunciation.

2. Preparation (4 hours) - Develop your characters and prepare the set. You can use what you have on hand to create costumes and the set. Practice your lines and actions in Spanish until you feel comfortable.

3. Rehearsal and Recording (4 hours) - Organize a rehearsal to refine the performance. Then, film the presentation. Remember to speak clearly and use body language to help convey the story.

Project Deliverables

1. Written Report: After completing the practical activity, each group must work together to write a report in Spanish with four main topics: Introduction, Development, Conclusions, and Bibliography.

   • Introduction: Provide context for the project, its relevance, and real-world applications. Include the objective of the practical activity carried out and a brief description of the staged play.
   • Development: Explain the theory behind adverbs in Spanish, describe how the activity was planned and executed, indicate the methodology used (e.g., research techniques, analysis, and synthesis), and finally present and discuss the results obtained. Highlights should be on how the different types of adverbs were incorporated into the play and how they contributed to the expressiveness of the story.
   • Conclusions: Summarize the main points of the project, explicitly stating the learnings obtained and the conclusions drawn about the project. Include reflections on the group collaboration experience, the importance of adverbs in communication, and any difficulties encountered during the project implementation.
   • Bibliography: List the sources you relied on to work on the project, such as books, websites, videos, etc.

2. Recorded Theatrical Play: The recording of the play will serve as evidence of the practical activity and will be a valuable resource for the group's analysis and reflection. The play should be presented clearly and fluently, demonstrating the correct use of adverbs in Spanish.
