The objective of this activity is to analyze, research, and deeply understand the climatic dynamics of the world's five main zones and their impacts on human life and the environment.
Detailed Project Description:
Each group will be tasked with investigating one of the five main climatic zones (equatorial, tropical, temperate, cold, and polar). Students should research the climatic dynamics of their assigned zone, including the types of climates found, climatic patterns, biodiversity, available natural resources, human life, and the impacts of climate change.
In addition to research, each group will be responsible for creating a visual presentation (such as an infographic, a three-dimensional model, a video, etc.) that clearly and understandably illustrates the climatic dynamics of their assigned zone and its impacts. The visual presentation must be accompanied by an oral explanation in the form of a presentation to the class.
Finally, each group must also study how people in their assigned zone are adapting to climate change and present a proposed action that can contribute to mitigating the effects of climate change.
