Project Goal
This project aims to enhance students' understanding of the applicability of graphs in representing information in a detailed, clear, and understandable way, and also foster their teamwork and development of socio-emotional skills like communication, problem-solving, and time management.
Project Description
In this project, students will be divided into groups of 3 to 5 and each group will choose a current events topic - for example, climate change, the evolution of the job market, income inequality, etc. - and collect relevant data related to that topic. Students should then create a series of graphs (bar, pie, and line) to present this data in a meaningful way and interpret its implications.
Students should make an effort to choose the types of graphs that best represent their data and highlight features like central tendencies, range, and other relevant aspects. The quality of their choices and the accuracy of their interpretations will be key parts of the assessment.

Procedure

Form Groups and Choose a Topic: Students should be divided into groups of 3 to 5 students. Each group should then choose a current events topic to explore.
