Create a 8-slide presentation for a 15-minute 6th-grade science consolidation. Slide 1: matter occupies space and has mass/weight; matter is made of atoms. Slide 2: observable physical properties, defining texture, flexibility, relative temperature, shape, volume, and flow, with concrete examples. Slide 3: solids—definite shape and definite volume; include wooden ruler, ice cube, sponge, and note that flexibility does not make a material liquid. Slide 4: liquids—definite volume, no fixed shape, flow and take container shape; include water and cooking oil. Slide 5: gases—no definite shape or volume, spread through available space; include air. Slide 6: plasma—highly energized, electrically charged gas; include neon-sign glow and lightning, and distinguish plasma from merely hot gas. Slide 7: comparison table of solid, liquid, gas, and plasma, emphasizing particle arrangement/movement in age-appropriate language. Slide 8: how physical properties influence uses, with examples of rigid, flexible, rough, smooth, cool, and warm materials. Include simple visuals, student-friendly wording, and one brief “compare with the lab” prompt on slides 3–6. Do not add an assessment or answer-key section.
