1. Gather the students in a comfortable seated position with their feet flat on the ground and hands resting on their knees.

2. Instruct them to close their eyes gently and take a deep breath in through their nose, allowing their belly to expand.

3. Encourage them to hold their breath for a count of three, feeling the air fill their lungs.

4. Now, guide them to exhale slowly through their mouth, imagining releasing any tension or distractions.

5. Repeat this process five times, emphasizing the feeling of relaxation and focus with each breath.

6. After the last exhale, ask students to open their eyes and take a moment to notice how they feel.
